Terms of Service
info.airstraf.ing · Last updated: 2026-10-18
These terms apply to the use of info.airstraf.ing and its game. By playing or creating an account you agree to them.
1. Operator
info.airstraf.ing is a private, non-commercial project. Contact: [email protected]. More on the project and its credits: About & Credits.
2. The game
info.airstraf.ing is a free multiplayer game in the browser and a fan-made rebuild of Kour.io. It is not run for profit: there are no ads and nothing can be bought with real money. It is provided as is: we may change features, take servers down for maintenance or end the service. There is no claim to constant availability.
3. Account
- Sign up with a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
- An account is personal. Accounts may not be sold or traded.
- You can have your account deleted at any time by writing to us.
4. Play fair
In particular, these are not allowed:
- cheats, hacks, scripts or modified game files that give you an advantage;
- exploiting bugs to disrupt others, and overloading or attacking the servers;
- insults, hate, sexual or illegal content in names, clan tags, images and in the chat;
- evading bans, for example with second accounts or changing addresses;
- advertising and spam.
5. Bans
If the rules are broken we may remove content, change names, remove players from matches and ban accounts or addresses temporarily or permanently. You can object to a ban by e-mail; we review it and answer you.
6. In-game currency and items
The in-game currency (KP) and items are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money. They are lost when an account is deleted or banned.
7. Your content
You are responsible for your names, clan tags, chat messages and own images. You allow us to show them in the game as far as running the game requires.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. For the loss of progress and virtual items we are only liable within this rule.
9. Changes
We may change these terms for a good reason, for example new features or changed laws. We announce important changes in the game. The version published here applies, last updated: 2026-10-18. German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in say otherwise.
